Two claims, both large.
The first is aśeṣataḥ — nothing held back. No inner circle, no part kept for the advanced students.
The second is stranger. Not that you will know a great deal. That the asking will stop.

Your grandmother has never measured rice and water in her life. You cook it from a chart taped inside the cupboard door, one line for each quantity, and it still comes out wrong. One afternoon she shows you: pour water until it sits a knuckle deep above the rice. That is the whole method. The chart had twelve lines on it, you needed one thing, and after that there was nothing left to look up.

A claim to completeness should make you suspicious, so it is worth being exact about what is being claimed.
Krishna is not offering an encyclopaedia. Knowing this will not tell you how an engine works. He is saying there is a root, and that when you know the root you stop needing to be told the rest — the way one understanding can retire a whole shelf of instructions.
The pairing in the line matters too. Jñāna and vijñāna are promised together, the knowledge and the realising of it. He is not handing over information now and leaving the living of it to some later teacher.
