The verse says

How much more, then, the pure brahmins and the devoted royal sages. Having come into this passing world, where there is no lasting happiness, worship me.

In plain words

And here the ranking is said out loud.

The previous verse let everybody in. This one adds: how much more easily those at the top.

It would be more comfortable to leave this verse out. It is in the chapter, immediately after the other one, and the two belong together.

Where you've felt this · with money

Your rented flat has a tap that drips and a window that will not shut properly, and you will not be there in two years. You still put a plant on the sill and hang something on the wall. Two years is not nothing, and nobody has ever enjoyed living out of boxes.

Going deeper

An unresolved hierarchy sits at the end of the most inclusive chapter in the book, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest.

One verse opens the highest goal to those excluded by birth. The next says how much more so for the brahmins and the royal sages. The inclusion was genuine and the ladder was left standing underneath it. Both were written down by the same hand in the same breath, and every generation of readers has had to decide what to do with that.

It is worth knowing that this has not been a quiet matter. Reformers across Indian history have leaned on the first of those verses, and defenders of the old order on the second, and both could quote accurately.

The instruction that follows is addressed to everybody in both verses without distinction. This world is passing and it does not hold happiness for long, and the response recommended is not to escape it or to rank the people in it. It is to turn the whole thing into worship, starting where you are, in accommodation you did not choose and will not keep.
