श्लोक कहता है

Actions do not bind the one who has given his actions over through the practice, whose doubts knowing has cut away, who is in possession of himself.

सरल शब्दों में

The summary of the whole chapter in one line.

Actions given over. Doubts cut. Self in hand.

And the result: na karmāṇi nibadhnanti — actions do not bind him. The same thing said of Krishna at 4.14, now said of a person.

आपने इसे कहाँ महसूस किया है

Someone hands over the work they built and it is genuinely fine. They are not being brave about it. They put it down some time ago and nobody noticed when.

और गहराई में

Ātmavantam — one who possesses himself. The word closed 2.45 as an instruction and appears here as an achieved state.

The chapter's argument is complete at this point. Krishna acts and is not stained because he wants nothing from it (4.14). The same is now stated of anyone who reaches the same footing.

Which is the move the Gita keeps making and it is the reason the book has held. What is described at the top of the hierarchy is never presented as a privilege of that position. It is presented as a structure, available.

Jñāna-sañchinna-saṁśayam — whose doubt has been cut off by knowing. The cutting image arrives here and is picked up immediately in the final verse, where Arjuna is handed the blade.

Notice that doubt is not argued away. It is cut. The Gita treats it as something removed rather than something resolved, which is consistent with 2.52's thicket.
